Personal Loan Application

You must meet the following criteria to be eligible to apply for a Personal Loan:

*     You must be 18 years of age or over.
*     You must be actively employed, and at least one of the applicants must be in permanent employment.
*     You must be an Australian citizen or be an Australian permanent resident, and have been in Australia for at least 6 months.
*     You must have an established credit history of at least 12 months.
*     You must not be a current bankrupt.

Any loan approval would be conditional upon provision of, but not limited to:

*     3 years residential history.
*     3 years employment history.
*     100 Points of Identification, if you are not an existing myBUY customer.

Security:

*     Will be required for all loans over $20,000 and may be required for other loans.
*     Vehicles provided as security must be less than 10 years old at the expiry of the loan contract.

Interest Rate:

myBUY offers a range of interest rates which are determined by the risk assessment of the application and the value of the security available.
